Over the next 6 weeks, you will
awaken to your unique soul essence and activate your authentic voice through deeply healing ritual, ceremony, and Tantra.
This is a journey from darkness to light - from the depths of the dark, feral, feminine to embodying her brilliant radiance; from the shadow aspects of the masculine, to healing and integrating the full power within. We work with the sacred energies within us, as well as aligning with the cycles of the Earth.
Together, using the Art of Tantra and Ritual, we'll create a potent collective elixir for rapid transformation, healing and growth.
The heart of this journey is for you to fully embody all of who you are (embracing both your light and your darkness) and return home to your soul’s essence. Once you awaken to your true essence, you can then begin to speak and create from a place of authenticity and birth your divine feminine dreams into the world.
You will discover answers to questions such as: Why am I here? What is my purpose? What is my authentic voice? What am I to birth into the world?
You will be held in the most sacred of spaces as you awaken to your purpose and heal at the deepest level possible.
You will connect to the true source of who you are and come home to your body and your innate wholeness.

THE POWER OF RITUAL:
Ritual and sacred feminine practices open pathways to heal from the core by accessing the reptilian 'primal' brain. On the surface there can feel like a lot of messy thoughts and emotional clutter but accessing the primal brain allows us to dive below our thinking 'cognitive brain' and our emotional 'limbic brain'.
When we heal by tapping into the deep ‘primal’ brain it naturally emanates up and expands out. It rewires us and allows us to heal from the inside out. When you are able to see your truth at the core it will allow you to think, feel, create, and expand into the world from a place of power and authenticity.
It is here you will learn to embody your animalistic nature and embrace the most radical source of female power that has always been and will always be within you.
It would be my honour to walk with you through sacred ceremony and ritual into a life completely aligned with your truth and wild feminine essence, and fully awakened to your power and aliveness

Somatic Wisdom:
Our bodies are our greatest wisdom keepers. Too often, instead
of listening, we disconnect and dampen our own energy and emotions. It is time
to come home. Through gentle Tantric embodiment practices, we will increase
instinct, body awareness and pleasure, experience deep rest and radical self-
acceptance, balance your hormones, attune to the cycles of nature, and feel safety
and nourishment. We will re-wire your system from the inside out so you can
create sustainable transformation and feel more radiant, vibrant, and expressed.
Unleash Primal Power:
Your primal power is often found deep in the dark, hidden or repressed.
We will dive into the hidden dark and misunderstood aspects of self through
shadow work, re-wilding rituals, primal embodiment and learning how to unleash your
unique orgasmic nature. You will awaken and reclaim your dark feminine power, the gifts of
witch, priestess, seer, sorceress, seductress. This is the key to embodying and radiating
your truth, power and purpose.
Awaken Pleasure:
Learn to track your pleasure, and follow the pulsation of Eros.
Eros is the erotic energy that all of creation pulses with. Tapping into this ever
flowing source of wisdom is the key to feeling fully present and alive. Eros is your
guide on the quest to uncover the true desires of your heart. Through awakening
your pleasure, learning Primal Priestess practices you will naturally activate your womb wisdom and connect into the unstoppable - ever flowing force of Eros. This become Magick a your finger tips!
Healing Inner Masculine:
As we awaken our wild feminine, we also need our inner masculine King to rise.
The masculine holds the frame for our feminine dreams to flourish and blossom.
Through deep journey work, we will summon your King so your inner Queen has
a masculine energy worthy to hold her. Having an embodied, healed, inner
masculine allows you to take aligned action in the world and stay grounded – it is
essential to actualizing your dreams!
Radiate Wild Essence:
At the core of who you are, is a simple, pure and very unique wild essence. No
one can take this from you, and only you can live this truth out into the world.
The journey home to your own essence and authentic voice takes incredible
courage and dismantling of society’s frame build around you. This is where you step into your full power as a creatrix, radiate your wild soul essence, express your truth, live your desires, and
change the world.

The journey of coming home to myself was one of deep trust, surrender to the unknown, and a pulling away from society and its forms. I travelled down into my core and turned inwards to face my truths, my fears, and gave permission for my body to work things out, as opposed to looking out into the world for answers. It was one of learning to trust my instincts and moving away from what my mind thought was “right”.

This past spring I embarked on a journey of discovery with a beautiful priestess who led me through a process of awakening my ‘writer within.’ I came to the Primal Priestess Program with the intent of renewing my commitment to my writing projects. My sense was I needed to re-connect with my spirit on a level deeper than I would normally do on my own. What I loved most about my sessions with Sonja was being able to integrate the shadow parts blocking my progress. Also, my body integrated the work beautifully. Sonja’s warmth and loving presence held the space necessary for me to do this powerful work. Sonja intuitively knew when to lead and when to allow my spirit to facilitate the healing for my mind and body. This loving priestess was like a conduit for love radiating warmth and safety.
